English For accomodation

Today, I have learned English who taught by Mrs. Eva Mangunsong, she told me about proccess making and taking reservation,furthermore she explain to us how to handle reservation by phone and face to face, and just now she also give a test to us if there's mistake in procces reservattion.In this lesson i think i don't find difficul because i have been learn before, and i have ever been training in Front Office, but She just review again about step by step how to handle reservation.
