Assignment Psychology 3 about " Conclusion Geese Story ''

          After I read that story I can conclude that 3 the big thing is co-operation,motivation,and leadership which is that geese strory.We are a human have to like the geese because if there aren’t co-operation,motivation and leadership ,the problem or work could’nt be solving,and we need to co-operate in team like the geese because As a social human being can not be separated from society and everyone in this world nothing can stand alone to do all the activities to meet their needs, without the help of others. Of course, humans interact with their environment, both human and other living things.  The business activities of every person always needs the presence and role of others. Not a businessman or a successful entrepreneur with a job or own business. Due to the success of his efforts, there must be another person or party role. Therefore, one key to success in business is a successful collaborative effort for example the geese can not fly alone he can’t resist the air alone,and he come back to the formation. Motivation is the reason or incentive for someone to act. People who do not want to act is often called a lack of motivation. Reason or encouragement can come from outside or from within. Actually, basically all the motivation comes from within, the external factor is the trigger that motivation. Motivation from the outside is the motivation that triggers come from outside ourselves. While motivation of the motivation came from his own initiative,like the geese another geese would be give a help to injured geese until the geese die,and the geese to try to support wounded geese.In leadership a leader to trust others, including subordinate staff, so they have the motivation and retain good jobs. Therefore, trust must be followed with caution and the geese will be become the god leader in thatbformation, and the leader can lead the formation,if the leader have a case,the another geese will be help the leader.
