The reason customers leave the Restaurant or Hotel:

    1. Unsatisfactory service
    2. The waiter who served with the rude.
    3. Not friendly waitress at the restaurant or at hotel
    4. The place is dirty or inadequate
    5. Less satisfied with the products offered
    6. Business competition
    7. less ignored
    8. Distant places or not strategic
